- Key account manager drives sustainable business growth with strategic partners by developing strong, long-term relationships and ensuring mutual value creation.
- Key account manager ensures operational excellence and compliance across the partnership lifecycle.
Responsibilities and assignments
Develop and manage key account partnerships to drive growth
- Develop fast-growing, profitable accounts through close partner collaboration.
- Maximize the potential of each partnership via strong relationship building, trust, and effective trade animations.
- Lead the building of commercial plans with partners based on sales data, seasonal cycles, and market potential.
- Negotiate to renew or expand existing contracts and follow up on merchandising execution and product listing.
- Support trade marketing plan.
Build Sustainable Commercial Partnerships
- Lead onboarding of partners and ensure smooth operational setup in collaboration with internal teams (supply, finance, digital).
- Develop joint business plans focused on long-term growth, profitability, and brand alignment.
- Define shared sales targets and drive category expansion within each account.
- respect framework to negotiate commercial conditions, product ranges, and trading terms with newly onboarded accounts.
- Ensure financial follow up in collaboration with finance department and escalate any key financial information he may observed on the field (competition / partners).
Optimize value proposition for account to increase performance
- Use cost-price sheets ensuring fair and sustainable margins for each partner.
- Analyze sell-through performance per product and partner, adapting ranges to optimize availability and profitability.
Contribute to the project development and strategic efficiency
- Support the Wholesale director in defining scalable, efficient processes and tools.
- Participate actively in the project team to boost internal alignment and delivery efficiency.
- Contribute insights to improve the account management function and elevate supplier capabilities.
- Help structure cost management and result-tracking per account.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Tienes experiencias previa en Industria Retail o Industria deportiva
