You own a critical scope at the crossroads of data accuracy, operational execution, and supplier performance.

Your mission: ensure reliable flows, full compliance, and on-time delivery.

🎯 Your impact

1. Ensure transport & customs data reliability

• Define and maintain accurate transport routes, lead times, and costs
• Build and manage shipment schedules to secure planning and execution
• Guarantee data quality across systems and tools

Optional scope (customs):

• Maintain up-to-date product classification and origin rules
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and internal databases
• Collaborate with external partners (customs authorities, brokers)

👉 Objective: 100% reliable and available data to secure operations

2. Coordinate transport & customs operations end-to-end

• Act as the key link between transport, customs, supply, logistics, and retail teams
• Ensure smooth execution of transport and customs flows with all stakeholders
• Deploy and enforce standard operating procedures across partners (3PL, LLP, control towers)
• Anticipate risks (peak periods, disruptions, external events) and activate contingency plans
• Monitor supplier performance and service levels
• Validate transport invoices and manage cost control processes
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all import/export documentation

3. Drive performance and continuous improvement

• Track key KPIs: service level, lead time, cost, CO₂ impact
• Analyze performance data and identify inefficiencies
• Build and implement action plans with internal teams and suppliers
• Lead regular performance reviews (QMR) with transport partners
• Develop strong, long-term, performance-driven partnerships
